That is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by one another’s faith, yours and mine. Romans 1:12
Joining a small group is a great way to deepen your faith, make friends, and grow closer to Jesus. It is one of the best ways to expoerience the community at OLC.
During the seasons, you can join a group after the weekend Masses or by scanning the QR code in the bulletin. You can also write to [email protected] for more information at any time.
Pivot can help you grow your faith and your social circle!
The OLC Men’s Group meets every two weeks on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm. Men of all ages are welcome to join and help strengthen the OLC community, ourselves individually in faith, our loved ones, and our families. We want the Men of the Church to be able to come together to share one another’s wisdom, knowledge, stories, and connection to God. We believe Iron Sharpens Iron, and there is no better way than having the Men’s Group.

RCIA stands for Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, and it is the formal program that allows individuals to become members of the Catholic church or recieve Sacraments that were not recieved in childhood. Our RCIA program starts in the fall and continues through the Easter Season.
Joining RCIA, however, does NOT mean you HAVE to become Catholic. You’re always welcome to join and learn. If you decide it’s not for you — or maybe you just aren’t ready yet because you have more questions — you can opt-out or continue on again next year.
For some the purpose of this journey is to simply learn more about the faith itself. For others, it is a process of preparing to become Catholic. For both, it is an introduction into the
fundamental beliefs of the faith and its moral structures, while equipping all to put those principles into practice in daily life.

"Having gone through it twice, Frederic and I are big fans of RCIA. We started with deep skepticism but a desire to learn more, and were blessed to be met with patience and purposeful instruction. RCIA provided a structured space for us to work through our doubts at our own pace, while also refocusing our attention onto the foundation of the life of the church - the sacraments. There we found a richness we weren’t even looking for.
We encourage anyone with questions about the Catholic Church, however big or small, to give RCIA a try. We hope that through RCIA you will feel the quality and care put into the program by Deacon Pak and others, and that you will share in the joy we now feel as members of the historic church founded by Jesus Christ."
